Please join us Wednesday October 7 at 6:30pm as we welcome our friends from Brooks to our Wednesday Night Group Run. Brooks will have demos of new shoes for runners to try on the run.
For any one new joining us we will be following our regular Wednesday Night group run loop. We will have course maps and course directions availble for any one who needs them.
The course map is also available at the top of the page under the 'Group Run' tab. As always all paces and faces are welcome. We hope to see you out there.
