We recently caught up former Paul VI graduate Mike Rankin. Rankin has seen tremendous success in college at Saint Joe’s running under 4:00 for 1500 meters and in April ran a nice 5k at Bucknell clicking off a time of 14:38 for the 12.5 lap race. In high school Rankin ran under 9:10 for 3200 meters and finished top 15 at NJ cross country MOC and reflected on his senior campaign with us on Moorestown Running Company’s Alter-G treadmill.
